Returns & Exchanges

• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

• Items must be in the same condition as when they were sent, with no signs of wear, damage, or use.

• If an item does not meet these conditions, it will not be accepted for return, and a shipping fee will be charged to return it to you. Alternatively, local pick-up/drop-off is available.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at oceaniasurf24@gmail.com with the following details:

1. Order Number

2. Your Name

3. Reason for Return (optional)

Once your request is approved, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us, including any shipping fees.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days from arrival.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are available for a different colour or design of the same item.

• The exchange process follows the same guidelines as returns, and you will be responsible for shipping fees.
